Augias Dear, I ask not to publish my name, belong to the most unpopular category: I am a judge and I would like to say a few words about our salaries. I do not earn € 5 000 per month, or any other of the insane figures which I have read in recent days. I am a magistrate since 1999, today my net salary (because it is clear that with the field) is approximately equal to 3,600 €. Sure, it's a decent amount but it is also a delicate work. Si dà il caso che quel lavoro sia uno dei poteri dello Stato, voglio quel rispetto che mi guadagno lavorando onestamente, tutti i giorni. C'è alla vista uno sciopero dei magistrati. Il ministro guardasigilli lo ha bollato come "sciopero politico". Basta entrare in un tribunale, vedere in quali condizioni si lavora, comprese le procure, per porsi una domanda completamente diversa: come si fa ad amministrare nientemeno che la giustizia (sia pure un' umana giustizia) in quelle condizioni? Con quegli strumenti? Perché il ministro non si fa mai questa domanda? Perché nessuno si preoccupa di migliorare un' amministrazione che fa spavento? O vergogna? O tutt'e due le cose? Sembrano prevalere altre preoccupazioni. Viene da pensare che una Giustizia che zoppica, arranca, così chiaramente sopraffatta, affannata, priva di mezzi, scarsa di personale, faccia comodo a un bel po' di persone.
