I primi inganni del Maxi Decreto N° 39/2009 sulla ricostruzione in Abruzzo, si palesano. Prima di tutto agli Abruzzesi, ed i Media nazionali continuano ad occultare notizie ed informazioni preziose a tutti i cittadini italiani, relativamente al post sisma. Si deve infatti riflettere su un punto. Se da un lato in questo caso abbiamo i protagonisti passivi del fatto – i terremotati – è necessario pensare che, ogni terremotato abruzzese potevamo o potremmo un giorno essere noi.
