With great joy in my heart I write these lines today, because yesterday morning I was given to another morning Triathlon Triathlete of which have given the ultimate expression of self: FRIENDSHIP, COMMITMENT, sacrifice and joy of being together.
A special thanks, immediate and sincere to be first and foremost PAUL AND MAXIMUM two real triathletes in body and soul that reached by the two farthest points Pineto (Teramo and Sambuceto) showing great desire to be there, proving to be two truly great triathletes. Thanks so much, I am proud to have you as a team.
Then the thought is for the other Teramo, our running technique better known by the name of Fabio who, with great effort, we presented the "gait" As we pitted and the demanding training Always travel with a smile, always with the right advice from some seasoned compliment.

A surprising Cristian left me speechless yesterday, a big leap in the race, has joined in all our training Renato.
A thought for Luigi that the mind has already projected to Pescara 2011 and is eager to start the program it will be shortly sent to all of you.
